Refund policy

We offer a 30-night trial on every order. If Vertana isn't a better night's sleep than what you're using now, contact us within 30 nights of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in reasonably clean, undamaged condition. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. To start a return, contact us with your order number.
