Vertana started with a simple frustration: most pillows are flat, and necks aren't. Years of looking down at screens leave the muscles at the base of your skull doing overtime every single night — and a standard pillow gives them nothing to rest against once you finally lie down.
So we did one thing. We shaped a pillow around the actual curve of a neck, tested it until it held that shape night after night, and built the whole business around getting that one product right instead of spreading ourselves across a catalogue of things we didn't really believe in.
